Have you followed the Reset the Printing system steps after the new driver updates for both devices?
Canon shows Sept 18, 2018 printer (v10.11.1), and scanner (v2.13.0) drivers available with indicated Mojave compatiblity. Are these the drivers that you installed?
Trying to use flatbed scanner function on mac mojave and ImageCapture software. I get this red line on computer image, even without copy on the platen. There is no way to upload MP Navigator for Mojave. I have ver 4 on my mac and it does not recognize the 9000f. Am I just stuck with a brick or i.
For the WorkCentre 3215, did you install the shown drivers and firmware update? Recuva for mac high sierra. Note that the drivers are from early 2017, and the firmware from early 2018. Those drivers are for High Sierra. Have you contacted Xerox about their intention of issuing newer drivers for this device to provide compatibilty with Mojave?

- Hi all, I'm having difficulty scanning from my MX870 ever since I upgraded my macbook pro to Mojave. It seems the MP Navigator software no longer works on this system and the replacement software 'My Image Garden' is not allowing me to scan. The icon is grayed out. Can anyone help?
- Canon provides Mojave driver support for the newer Mark II scanner, and stops at High Sierra support for the original device. As Canon has sole responsibility for their driver development and support commitment, you will have to directly ask Canon about their 9000F driver support intention for Mojave.
